From Genova/La Spezia - Autostrada A12 Exit Rosignano Marittimo -> Take SS1 (Livorno-Grosseto), exit S. Vincenzo or Venturina and go to Piombino Port.

From Roma - Autostrada A12 direction Viterbo/Grosseto -> At the end of highway, take SS1 Aurelia ( in direction of Grosseto ), exit S. Vincenzo or Venturina and go to Piombino Port.
